Terms Of Service
- This is a rain or shine event. There will be NO REFUNDS on registration fees.
- The appropriate reservation fee for booth size must accompany signed vendor application to be considered.
- Your canceled check will be your receipt for accepted reservations. Payment for booth fees will only be returned if your request cannot be accommodated.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable Federal, State and local statutes and ordinances and assume all responsibility for payment of sales tax.
- All spaces are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid duplication of same booth type the first qualified application will prevail.
- The number of vendor spaces is limited, please submit early. The closing date for applications is September 1, 2017. Vendor fees must be paid in full by this date.
- Vendor booth packages including admission, parking and set up information will be sent out by September 15th 2017.
By submitting your application either online or by mail, Vendors agree to the rules and regulation, terms and conditions of the Big Trees Scottish Gathering and Highland Games. Vendors furthermore agree to release Big Trees Scottish Gathering and Highland Games, Roaring Camp Railroad and the agents of these entities from any and all actions that may arise and/or any liability or damage that may occur in relation to involvement with this event.
